The Tree of Joyful Gifts
A downloadable adventure
In this whimsical, winter-festivities-themed one-shot, the characters awaken as living ornaments on the Tree of Joyful Gifts, a world of lights, gifts, and celebration. When a cunning rat-king named Eviltooth sabotages the garland and threatens the Tree’s heart, the ornaments must explore its many branches, solve whimsical problems, and face dangerous foes.
It is designed for four to six characters and optimized for four characters. The characters start at level 1 and finish at level 4.

Background
The rat king Eviltooth has long hungered for the Tree of Joyous Gifts and has finally gnawed through the garland’s insulation. He is now making his way toward the roots. The garland flickers constantly, sometimes going dark for long stretches, and may even start a fire.
